Reid assists clients in a variety of corporate and real estate matters, including real estate finance. Reid focuses his practice on the following matters: commercial lending, corporate governance, Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) compliance, entity conversions and dissolutions, lab and outpatient medical office building leasing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and real estate acquisitions and dispositions. 

Reid has extensive experience advising a national REIT on various aspects of its commercial real estate projects. Reid regularly prepares primary transaction documents and performs title and survey review for the REIT’s acquisitions, dispositions, loans, ground lease transactions, and outpatient medical and lab building leases. Reid also regularly advises national and regional banks on commercial lending transactions, especially real estate financings. Reid regularly prepares primary loan documents, loan modification documents, and participation agreements along with negotiating title insurance policies on behalf of lenders.
