Brooks is an associate in the firm's Omaha office. He works primarily on matters for Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions representing tax credit investors and syndicators in the affordable housing industry. He assists clients in structuring and negotiating financing documents, partnership agreements, and other ancillary project documents.

Additionally, Brooks has experience in advising clients on syndication, asset management, and exit strategies.
