Kevin concentrates his practice on defense of complex litigation matters, notably cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, product liability, professional liability, and toxic torts. His practice also includes representing clients in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, as well as financial institutions in consumer financial services matters.

Kevin handles cases from initial client meetings through trial and appeal. He has substantial experience drafting and arguing procedural and dispositive motions, conducting depositions and preparing complex matters for trial. The responsibilities of being a lawyer have never been lost on Kevin as he helps clients navigate complicated issues to ensure that their interests are protected with the goal of efficiently resolving their case.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin gained extensive experience defending hospitals and healthcare providers in cases involving professional negligence. He also has experience defending hospitals, religious and nonprofit institutions in sexual abuse claims. Kevin has represented clients in a variety of tort claims, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, and construction site accidents.
