Max is an associate with the public finance group based in the Washington, D.C. office.* He advises state and local issuers on the issuance of debt to fund housing, infrastructure, and general obligations. Particularly he works with housing finance agencies on multifamily transaction structures’ compliance with relevant federal, state and local securities, tax and other laws. He also represents underwriters, banks, and lenders on various public finance matters. He has filled the role of bond counsel, issuer's counsel, underwriter's counsel, lender's counsel and disclosure counsel.
