Hunter’s practice focuses on advising and representing community development districts on matters relating to operations and governance, financing, contracts, public procurement of goods and services, ethics, public records, and open meetings. Additionally, Hunter advises landowners and developers on establishment, expansion, and infrastructure construction and financing. He supports partners with research on legal topics related to local government and Sunshine Law.
