Randy is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Real Estate practice group. His practice primarily focuses on representing equity investors and syndicators in low-income housing tax credit transactions. He has experience on the real estate side managing the life cycle of tax credit deals of all sizes. Randy has additional experience handling general due diligence and title and survey reviews, property management reviews and other real estate items as they arise.
