Henry is a litigator in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group. His practice centers on complex antitrust and competition matters, intellectual property, and privacy litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Henry served as a state antitrust enforcer, where he conducted complex investigations into price fixing, anticompetitive mergers, monopolization, and participated in numerous multidistrict antitrust litigations. He previously clerked for the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary and the Federal Trade Commission.
Henry earned his Juris Doctor and Master’s in Government Organization and Leadership from the Creighton University School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
