Elise has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of matters affected by government regulation, concentrating during the past fifteen years on privacy and data security matters.

Privacy & Data Security

As an experienced litigator and mediator, Elise has counseled corporate clients, vendors, telecommunications and Internet service providers, and Web site operators on privacy and data security issues ranging from data collection, use, and storage, to marketing, cloud services, and data breach prevention and response. She currently serves as Kutak Rock’s internal Information Security & Privacy Counsel.

Elise is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US), credentialed by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
