Nicholas is a finance associate in the firm's Omaha office. He is a graduate of The University of Iowa College of Law and The University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

During law school, Nicholas was a Contributing Editor for the Iowa Law Review, interned as a clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, was a graduate teaching assistant, and competed in multiple sports arbitration competitions.
