Caitlyn focuses her practice on representing and coordinating litigation for corporations and other business organizations nationally in complex civil litigation primarily with an emphasis on premises liability, product liability and toxic torts.

Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Caitlyn’s primary focus was defending corporations and other business organizations in asbestos litigation. In addition to her defense work, she has experience handling personal injury claims, workers’ compensation claims and Social Security Disability claims, giving her a well-rounded perspective in both defense and claimant advocacy.
