Recent engagements include the representation of Nordic Aviation Capital Designated Activity Company, Pier 1 Imports, Inc., Le Tote, Inc., Intelstat, S.A., Gymboree Group, Inc. (second filing), Toys “R” Us, Inc., Gymboree Corporation, Penn Virginia Corporation, and Patriot Coal Corporation in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.
