Anna focuses her practice in business litigation and appeals. In her litigation practice she assists clients in resolving commercial and contractual disputes, including franchise and investor disputes. Anna also has experience counseling clients on matters relating to freedom of expression and defamation, including anti-SLAPP, noncompetition and nondisclosure, copyright and trademark, and class action defense. In her appellate practice, Anna has briefed appeals before federal circuit courts of appeal, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court. 

Before joining Kutak Rock, Anna was an associate at a regional law firm and an appellate law clerk for Judge Terry Fox of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
