An article by Kutak Rock attorneys Sara English and Christopher Parrington has been reprinted in the July 2016 edition of Currents, The National Society of Compliance Professionals newsletter.

The article is titled "How Secure is the Security Industry?" and was written in conjunction with Dee Cordea, an insurance broker with Mercer. In the article the authors discuss cyersecurity threats, and the prevention and mitigation tools that brokers can implement. The authors caution that all broker dealers and other financial firms must stay vigilant to keep ahead of those perpetrating cybersecurity attacks.
