Kutak Rock Welcomes Will Kellstrom to Rogers Office
News | October 9, 2026Kutak Rock is pleased to welcome William A. “Will” Kellstrom as of counsel in the firm’s Rogers office. Will joins the firm’s Real Estate practice group and brings broad experience in real estate development, land use and planning, and related business matters.
Will has an extensive record of obtaining rezonings and other land use approvals throughout Northwest Arkansas, regularly appearing before city councils, planning commissions, and other municipal and county boards, and drawing on deep familiarity with local processes and relationships to help secure timely, compliant approvals. His experience spans a wide range of development, from vertical mixed-use to subdivision development, and encompasses nearly every category of development approval in Northwest Arkansas.
He regularly advises developers from site evaluation to closing, and counsels clients on real estate transactions, title matters and document preparation. Will’s practice also includes preparing restrictive covenants and establishing horizontal property regimes (HPRs), and forming and advising property owners’ associations on governance, enforcement, and amendments. His broader practice business includes business entity formation, commercial leasing, and estate planning.
A native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Will earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and philosophy from the University of Arkansas and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and Benton County Bar Association and resides in Rogers.
