Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that Fred Davis, a partner in the firm’s Little Rock office, has been appointed to the Federal Practice Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. His appointment is for a three-year term.

A Federal Practice Committee serves as the primary liaison between the federal judges and the practicing attorneys within a federal district. Composed of experienced federal practitioners, the Committee for the Eastern District of Arkansas’ mission is to improve the administration of justice and the practice of law within the district by fostering communication and collaboration between the court and the members of the bar.

Fred’s appointment reflects his experience as a federal practitioner and his commitment to the legal profession. Kutak Rock congratulates him on this appointment and appreciates his continued leadership and service to the legal community.

Fred resolves disputes for and provides outside general counsel services to technology, healthcare and financial services companies. His litigation practice spans Arkansas and Texas state and federal courts—including the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Eastern District of Texas—where he leads matters involving class action defense, intellectual property and patent claims, consumer protection, healthcare regulation, data management, and regulatory enforcement.
