Matt Boch, an attorney at Kutak Rock, will moderate a session at the Council on State Taxation Spring Meeting & Audit Sessions, taking place April 20–23, 2026, in Coral Gables, FL.

Boch will moderate the session, “Perspectives from the Bench – State Tax Court Judges,” which will feature a panel of judges and administrative law judges who adjudicate state tax controversies. The discussion will provide attendees the opportunity to hear directly from judges about what makes arguments persuasive, common pitfalls in litigation, and how procedural nuances can influence outcomes in state tax disputes.

The COST Spring Meeting & Audit Sessions is a leading forum for corporate tax professionals, in-house tax leaders and advisors to discuss developments in state and local taxation. The program includes sessions focused on state tax audits, litigation trends, policy developments and strategies for navigating complex multistate tax issues.
