News - Inclusive Engagement | February 4, 2026

Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has awarded Kutak Rock LLP the highest score of 100 on the HRC Foundation’s 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the 10th year in a row. The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Kutak Rock joins 534 U.S. businesses that will be honored with HRCF’s Equality 100 Award as leaders in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.

“For Kutak Rock to again receive this recognition from HRC, despite the headwinds against inclusivity, is a true testament to the firm’s commitment to all its members and to ensuring an inclusive environment for everyone at Kutak Rock,” said Ed Fox, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Kutak Pride Affinity Group. Records specialist Grace Rempp, who also co-chairs the affinity group, agrees. “We are grateful to be part of a firm that doesn’t just state its commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, but actively lives it every day.”
