Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that Michael L. Weiner, a corporate emerging growth transaction attorney with almost thirty years of experience, has joined its corporate practice group in the firm’s Denver office.

Michael’s practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies whether in connection with corporate formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and angel finance, public offerings, and securities regulation. He represents public and private companies in various industries, including biotech/medical devices, renewable energy, cannabis, social media and software.

Michael’s broad and deep corporate transactional experience, along with his industry knowledge, will complement the existing strengths of the firm’s corporate group in Denver, particularly as it continues to grow its emerging companies practice, including strategic and venture capital financings.

Michael received a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and a BA/BS from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and California.  Michael was selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America©, Venture Capital Law in 2022-2023.
