Kutak Rock partner Peter Barrett will be speaking at the upcoming Mid-South Commercial Law Institute’s 2023 Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop on Nov. 30, 2023 at 12:45 p.m. CST on a panel entitled “Cryptocurrency Issues in Bankruptcy.”

The seminar will take place at The Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University.

He also represents clients in connection with acquisition of distressed assets and insolvency-related litigation. Based in the Richmond, Virginia office of Kutak Rock, Peter regularly appears in bankruptcy courts across the country to represent the interests of firm clients. He also serves as a member of the panel of chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.
