Partner Tasha Cycholl has been elected to serve as Chairman & President of the 2023 Federation of Regulatory Counsel, Inc. (FORC) Board. This follows one year of service as the Board Vice Chair and five years of service to the organization as West Regional Director.

Ms. Cycholl serves as Litigation Co-Chair for the Firm’s Scottsdale Regional Office and leads the Firm’s Insurance, Regulatory and Governmental Affairs Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance regulation and corporate and administrative law, and assists clients in the formation of traditional and captive insurers. Ms. Cycholl also has extensive experience obtaining regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions of insurance companies.

FORC is a national association of attorneys who specialize in insurance regulatory law and the representation of insurance companies before insurance regulatory bodies. Each regulatory counsel member has passed a rigorous vetting and interview process by the FORC Admissions Committee. Members are dedicated to excellence in the practice of regulatory law.
