The monthly webinar series from UBA helps employers and HR professionals learn about rapidly changing employee benefits laws.

This month’s webinar, "Are You My Employee? The Importance of Proper Classification," will help attendees learn to identify the many classifications of employees and encourage uniformity and equity. Information about the legal differences between an employee and an independent contractor, the three categories to consider when classifying an independent contractor and tax considerations for the classifications will be examined.
