Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that attorney Dylan Holland has joined its national banking practice group as of counsel and will be resident in the firm’s Kansas City office.  

Mr. Holland provides legal counsel on capital markets solutions for municipal bond transactions. He has advised specialized teams on purchases of municipal securities as private placements, and in structuring syndicated and bilateral credit transactions. Mr. Holland has also provided strategic counsel to businesses on procurement rules, laws and policy impacting the ability to provide banking services to various government entities.

He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and his B.A. from Michigan State University. He is admitted to practice in Michigan.
