Kutak Rock partner Mariza McKee has been re-elected to serve a three-year term on the Invest in the USA (IIUSA) Board of Directors. The election took place at IIUSA’s 17th Annual Membership Meeting during the EB-5 Industry Forum in Orlando, FL on April 12, 2022. Ms. McKee has served as a Director of IIUSA since 2019. 

IIUSA is a membership-based, national, non-profit for the EB-5 industry, that advocates for policies that maximize the economic benefits of the EB-5 Regional Center Program for the United States. IIUSA’s mission is to advocate for EB-5 stakeholders and to foster an empowered network that impacts regional growth, while advancing and maintaining Regional Center industry standards, best practices, and ethical transparency.

Mariza McKee, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Chicago office, leads the firm’s national EB-5 Finance practice—an interdisciplinary team of securities, tax, corporate, debt and real estate lawyers. A frequent speaker and writer on EB-5 and securities law considerations, Ms. McKee is an active member of the EB-5 community. She previously served as Chair of IIUSA’s Best Practices Committee, its Compliance Committee, and its Nominating Committee.
