Kutak Rock transition partner Alyssa Willson has been elected to a one-year term on the 2022 Board of Directors of the Florida Chapter of Women in Public Finance.

Founded in 2016, Women in Public Finance—Florida Chapter strives to further the goals of the national organization which are to support and advance the careers of women in public finance by fostering relationships and providing educational and learning activities that advance women’s leadership opportunities.

Alyssa Willson counsels community development districts on a variety of matters including infrastructure financing, real property, land development and local government law. She also represents special taxing districts in matters relating to financing infrastructure requirements for new development through the establishment of special taxing districts.
