Peter Barrett to Present at 30th Annual Hal J. Bonney Jr., Seminar on Bankruptcy Law and Practice
News | February 11, 2022Peter Barrett, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Richmond office, will speak at the 30th Annual Hal J. Bonney Jr., Seminar on Bankruptcy Law and Practice hosted by The Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association (TBBA) on Friday, February 25 at 8:00 a.m. EST.
Mr. Barrett will present on the virtual panel titled “A Look at Emerging Real Estate and Landlord Tenant Concerns Amidst COVID-19, the CARES Act, the CAA and New Subsection 1328(i).” Other panel topics that will be addressed during the program include:

The Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association is a voluntary organization comprised of bankruptcy lawyers and trustees practicing before the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia. The association strives to raise interest in bankruptcy law and its practice by improving the flow of information between bankruptcy lawyers and trustees to the bankruptcy courts and general public.
