Partner Tasha Cycholl has been elected to serve as the vice chair of the 2022 Federation of Regulatory Counsel, Inc. (FORC) Board. This follows four years of service to the organization as West Region Director.

“Given the trend towards consolidation in the business world, including insurance, it is vital that insurance regulatory attorneys be able to assist their clients in a number of different jurisdictions,” said Ms. Cycholl. “This task would be far more difficult without the trusted network of qualified and experienced professionals provided by FORC.”

Ms. Cycholl practices from the firm’s Scottsdale office and focuses on insurance regulation and corporate and administrative law. She also assists clients in the formation of traditional and captive insurers. Ms. Cycholl also has extensive experience obtaining regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions of insurance companies.

FORC is a national association of attorneys who specialize in insurance regulatory law and the representation of insurance companies before insurance regulatory bodies. Each regulatory counsel member has passed a rigorous vetting and interview process by the FORC Admissions Committee. Members are dedicated to excellence in the practice of regulatory law.
