Marc Lieberman, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Scottsdale office, will speak about private equity at the Scottsdale Bar Association Membership Meeting and CLE on Tuesday, February 8 at 11:45 a.m. MT.

Mr. Lieberman will address common questions in the field concerning private equity and its exponential growth. Additionally, he will discuss why private equity and hedge funds are critical to the industry and the various ways to gain access to them.
