Cindy Davis, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Minneapolis office, will be presenting at the International Federation of Employee Benefit Plans’ (IFEBP) Institute for Apprenticeship, Training and Education Programs at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, January 24-26. The Policy Workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 25 at 10:30 a.m. PST. 

Ms. Davis will explore the many policies of apprenticeship programs and how those policies relate to the running of trust funds, school operations and the roles of an employer. She will lead an interactive discussion on the development and execution of a good policy.

The Institute for Apprenticeship, Training and Education Programs is a hybrid conference intended to provide education on effective trust management and clarify the complex issues surrounding an effective registered apprenticeship program.

Cindy Davis has extensive experience related to employee benefit plans and the issues unique to Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans. She reviews and drafts contracts and policies and negotiates terms favorable to clients. In addition, Ms. Davis has experience with numerous employer policies and is knowledgeable about good policy attributes, including the development process.
