Kutak Rock attorney Chris Parrington recently authored an article in the September 2021 issue of Marijuana Venture, titled “Evolution vs Regulation: A Look at Delta-8 THC.”

In the article Mr. Parrington discusses the influx of delta-8 THC products on the market, their complex legalities and the importance of those individuals and companies legally operating in the state-legal marijuana industry to proceed with caution and work to understand the complexities involved.

Mr. Parrington explores what could happen to delta-8 products in states aiming to legalize marijuana in the near future. He explains that the legal and regulatory landscape of delta-8 will catch up with scientific evolution eventually, so the hemp industry must proceed with great care.
