Peter Barrett, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Richmond office, will speak at the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) Annual Conference in Chicago on Thursday, August 26 at 4:30 p.m. CDT.

Mr. Barrett will present on the panel “What Is (And Isn’t) Projected Disposable Income” which will analyze the best practices for disposable income and discuss how disposable income and the liquidation analysis are two of the most important exhibits in negotiating a Sub V plan. Speakers joining Mr. Barrett on the panel include Shelly DeRousse of Freeborn & Peters LLP; Stephen Packman of Archer & Greiner, P.C.; and Jolene Wee of JW Infinity Consulting LLC.

The NABT is the only organization dedicated to the Chapter 7, 11 and Subchapter V Trustee community. The conference, offered both in-person and virtually, aims to provide connections and solutions, giving trustees the resources to excel at their profession.
