Refinitiv, the statistician for the municipal finance industry, has released its mid-year national rankings for bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel. Kutak Rock was ranked fourth for bond counsel, two spots higher than the firm was ranked in mid-2020, with 234 issues aggregating $8.05 billion and 3.7% market share.

The firm was ranked third for disclosure counsel, a big jump from its 11th place ranking last year at this time, with 56 issues aggregating $3.89 billion. Additionally, the firm placed fifth for underwriter’s counsel with 104 issues aggregating $5.21 billion.
