Peter Barrett, Kutak Rock partner in the Richmond office, has been appointed to serve on the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Chesapeake Board of Directors and will serve on the Membership Committee.

The TMA is a professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health space and has 54 chapters worldwide. The Chesapeake Chapter covers the greater Mid-Atlantic area spanning from Baltimore, MD to Richmond, VA.

Mr. Barrett represents unsecured and secured creditors, trustees, lessors, equity holders and corporate debtors in insolvency matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, business liquidations and loan workouts.
