Kutak Rock partner Mariza McKee co-authored the recently published article, “Redeploying EB-5 Investments: Navigating Securities Laws After 2020 USCIS Clarifications” in the November 2020 issue (PDF) of the Regional Center Business Journal. In the article, Ms. McKee discusses ramifications of significant visa backlogs and the securities law considerations to be addressed by EB-5 stakeholders involved in the redeployment of EB-5 investments.
