Kutak Rock Chair Jay Selanders is among the speakers at this year’s virtual Diversity & Flexibility Alliance annual meeting Thursday, November 5 from noon to 4:30 p.m. EST.

Titled “Moments of Impact: Transforming Organizational Culture,” the online event brings together influencers and innovators from the legal and professional services industries to learn how to create moments of impact within organizations. Mr. Selanders will take part in a panel of leaders discussing the impact that diversity and flexible working will have on shaping the future of the workplace.

“Flexibility in work schedules and work environments is more important than ever, as we’ve seen during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Mr. Selanders. “Those who already had flexibility built into their organizations faired better than those who did not. I look forward to sharing Kutak Rock’s successful ‘people first’ approach.”

Attendees will gain valuable insights into the most effective strategies for results when time and resources are limited. They’ll hear cross-industry best practices from leading law and consulting firms and Fortune 500 corporations, and build networks of senior-level peers. Attendees also learn about cutting-edge data and case studies that will help build business cases internally to advance diversity and flexibility within organizations.

This year, all attendees will also be invited to participate in one of three post-conference round tables to continue the discussion on the best practices and impact strategies highlighted during the day. Garry O. Ridge, CEO of WD-40, is the keynote speaker.
