Peter Barrett to Discuss Distressed Hospitality Industry at American Bankruptcy Institute

Richmond bankruptcy partner Peter Barrett will take part in a panel discussion at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Midwestern Virtual Bankruptcy Institute Oct. 30 at 11 a.m. to noon CDT.

Titled “Remember When We Had a Hospitality Industry?” the panel will discuss current issues affecting the hospitality sector, primarily the restaurant and hotel industries. The panelists will touch on current topics in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, sales and liquidations.

Mr. Barrett regularly appears in bankruptcy courts across the country to represent the interests of firm clients. He also serves as a member of the panel of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.
