Peter Barrett, Kutak Rock partner in the Richmond office, will speak on a panel for the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees’ (NABT) Virtual Series Meeting on July 10. The program, titled, “Collaboration in Advance of the Coming Wave: A Conversation with Debtor Counsel,” will examine the likely uptick in chapter 7 bankruptcy cases as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Speakers joining Mr. Barrett on the panel include Jenny Doling, a certified bankruptcy specialist with J. Doling Law, P.C., and Dan Press, a bankruptcy lawyer from Chung & Press, P.C. 

Mr. Barrett represents unsecured and secured credits, trustees, lessors, equity holders and corporate debtors in insolvency matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, business liquidations and loan workouts.
