The 2020 Housing Colorado Legislative Luncheon is set for Thursday, Feb. 6 at the History Colorado Center on Broadway in Denver. The luncheon provides a forum for legislators to connect with affordable housing professionals, demonstrate Housing Colorado’s diversity, and continue the conversation about the development and preservation of affordable housing throughout the state.

Topics of discussion include bills under consideration during the current legislative session, which began January 8. Housing professionals will also have the opportunity to educate legislators on the benefits of stable, safe housing.

In addition to formal invitations sent by Housing Colorado, attendees are encouraged to reach out to their representatives, whose lunches are complimentary.

Registration opens at 10:15 a.m., with a special issues briefing at 10:30. Networking begins at 11:15, and the luncheon formally begins at 11:30. The cost is $60 for members, and $85 for non-members. Deadline for registration is Feb. 3. The event is sponsored by Kutak Rock. For more information, visit Housing Colorado.
