Refinitiv, the statistician for the municipal finance industry, has released its third quarter national rankings for bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel and special tax counsel. Kutak Rock was ranked third for bond counsel, with 320 issues aggregating $11.74 billion and 4.4% market share. The firm was also the third bond counsel in the nation for the first three quarters of 2018. Kutak Rock ranks second as bond counsel by the number of long-term municipal new issues completed in the first three quarters of 2019.

The firm placed fifth for underwriter’s counsel with 184 issues aggregating $6.82 billion; ninth for disclosure counsel with 103 issues aggregating $3.38 billion; and sixth for special tax counsel with 10 issues aggregating $251 million.
