Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that attorney Brad Breece has joined its national structured finance and real estate capital markets practice group as Of Counsel and will be resident in the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Breece is a real estate finance lawyer and has experience across the potential lifecycle of a real estate finance transaction from construction and term lending through loan workouts, foreclosure and post-foreclosure property management and disposition. He also advises utilities on general real estate matters, right-of-way acquisitions, real estate rights documentation and due diligence on utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Mr. Breece joins Kutak Rock from Troutman Sanders. He earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina, his master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to practice in Georgia.
