Kutak Rock partner Mariza McKee has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Invest in the USA (IIUSA) Board of Directors. IIUSA, the membership-based, national non-profit for the EB-5 industry, advocates for policies that maximize the economic benefits of the EB-5 Regional Center Program for the United States, and its members account for a majority of capital formation and job creation resulting from the Program. The board election took place at the IIUSA Conference in Washington, D.C. on May 6th, 2019.

Ms. McKee, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Chicago office, leads the firm’s national EB-5 Finance practice—an interdisciplinary team of securities, tax, corporate, debt and real estate lawyers. A frequent speaker and writer on EB-5 and securities law considerations, Ms. McKee is an active member of the EB-5 community dedicated to elevating EB-5 industry practices and standards. She also serves as Co-Chair of IIUSA’s Best Practices Committee and previously served as the Chair of IIUSA’s Compliance Committee.
