Kutak Rock partners David Smith and Amy Bagnall, both of the Little Rock office, represented Premier Gastroenterology Associates, PLLC and P.G.A. Land and Realty, LLC in the real estate purchase and financing, corporate organization and construction loan to develop Little Rock’s new Premier Medical Plaza, a $35 million project.

Upon completion, the Plaza will provide new medical, clinical and surgery facilities for several medical groups in more than 100,000 square feet of space. It will be built on property, purchased last fall, which was formerly occupied by Kmart. A groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday.

According to a recent Arkansas Money & Politics article, Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. said “40% of Arkansas’ growth domestic product, GDP, is healthcare. This is another shining example of our commitment to healthcare economics as we continue to highlight this great organization that is growing in our city.”
