Kutak Rock attorney Ashley Welch Hudson recently was named chair of the University of Arkansas-Pulaski Tech Foundation’s Board. The UA-Pulaski Technical College Foundation is the official fundraising and private gift-receiving agency for the college. A representative of the Foundation noted Ms. Hudson’s prior involvement in community leadership, education, and nonprofit leadership.

A partner in the firm's Little Rock office, Hudson represents clients in commercial and employment disputes and other corporate and business litigation. She also serves healthcare clients in administrative appeals, operations and regulatory compliance.

In 2015 and 2016, Hudson was named a Rising Star in the area of employment litigation by Mid-South Super Lawyers. In 2016 she received the Maurice Cathey Award for valued contributions to The Arkansas Lawyer. She is also a 2018-2020 Arkansas Elizabeth Dole Foundation Caregiver Fellow.
