The Richmond office of Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that attorney Brian Richardson has joined its bankruptcy practice group. Before joining Kutak Rock, Mr. Richardson was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Rebecca B. Connelly, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia.

Mr. Richardson is a graduate of Arizona State University – Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, earned a CALI Award in Neuroscience & Law Research as an Alumni Research Fellow, and earned the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Performance at the College of Law. He earned his bachelor of science at Brigham Young University with a degree in psychology.
