Kutak Rock partner Marc Lieberman moderated a panel discussion at the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys (NAPPA) Annual Conference on June 27 in Savannah, Georgia. The discussion featured Robert Taylor, Chair of the IOSCO C5 Committee and Andre Mon Desir, Deputy General Counsel of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. They discussed the efforts being taken by international securities regulators to protect investors.

Lieberman is chairman of the investment management group. A board-certified specialist in real estate law, he directs a team of lawyers across the country dedicated to negotiating alternative investments for pension systems, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors.
