Kutak Rock partner Mariza McKee will speak in a session titled Understanding EB-5 Securities Laws on May 23, 2018. The session will discuss in detail Regulation D and S, broker/dealer vs. finder’s issues, and the unique risks associated with EB-5 investments.

The Webcourse is designed for all levels of expertise. IIUSA, the national trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program, has brought together a diverse panel of EB-5 experts to review the various aspects of this interdisciplinary program. Attendees should be prepared for an in-depth look at the basic requirements of the EB-5 Program and its components on the first day, followed by a more practical focus and “big picture” analysis on the second day.
