Kutak Rock partner Mariza McKee was a panelist during this year’s Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) Missouri Financing Roundtable Conference in Kansas City, Missouri on May 1, 2018.

The conference featured a number of economic development finance experts from around the state discussing development finance tools, authorities, resources and approaches, and how these can affect the Missouri economy going forward. McKee participated in a session titled “Making the Most of EB-5 in Missouri.”

McKee’s work at Kutak Rock focuses on securities and transactional considerations for companies that raise and deploy EB-5 capital.
