Kutak Rock partner Mariza McKee presented at IIUSA’s 11th Annual EB-5 Advocacy Conference in Washington D.C. on April 23, 2018.

The conference, held by Invest in the USA (IIUSA), featured presentations by key EB-5 professionals. McKee, Chair of IIUSA’s Compliance Committee, participated in a session titled “Compliance in EB-5 Marketing: A Securities Industry Perspective.”

McKee’s work at Kutak Rock focuses on securities and transactional considerations for companies that raise and deploy EB-5 capital.
