Attorney David Warrington Joins Washington, D.C. Office

Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that attorney David Warrington has joined its national litigation practice group and will be resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Warrington is a corporate litigator and constitutional lawyer who represents corporations and individuals in high-stakes litigation throughout the country in both federal and state courts. He has tried both bench and jury trials in cases involving the False Claims Act, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary claims, business torts and contract claims, intellectual property, copyright, and trade secret disputes, defamation claims, and other complex litigation including white-collar investigations and criminal matters.

David will be an excellent addition to Kutak Rock’s national litigation practice group.

Mr. Warrington has represented Presidential campaigns and candidates and regularly represents and advises elected officials, non-profit advocacy groups, trade associations, political consultants, and political action committees on all aspects of participation in the political process at both the state and federal levels. He has defended clients in these matters in civil and criminal cases. He actively litigates cases involving political liberty based on the First, Second, and Fourth Amendments to the United States Constitution.

Mr. Warrington earned his law degree from George Mason University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
