Kutak Rock attorneys Jeremy Williams and Loc Pfeiffer in the firm's Richmond office have been named to Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite.

Williams made the Legal Elite Young Lawyer (under 40) list, and Pfeiffer is noted for his work in bankruptcy law.

Williams' work with Kutak Rock includes representing both debtors and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy in federal and state courts, and handling a variety of matters including creditor’s rights litigation, debtor workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations and contract disputes.

Pfeiffer has extensive experience in commercial litigation with an emphasis on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. He has gained considerable expertise in Chapter 11 cases, where he has been involved in all aspects of the Chapter 11 process.
