Mariza McKee Chairs Committee, Helps Create New Code of Conduct for IIUSA

Kutak Rock attorney Mariza McKee led the effort to prepare a new Code of Conduct for IIUSA, which was adopted in August 2017.

McKee served as co-chair of the IIUSA Compliance Committee and as chair of the Code of Conduct Subcommittee. She led the organization toward implementing the new Code which seeks to raise industry standards for integrity and professional business practices.

McKee, a partner in Kutak Rock's Chicago office, focuses her practice on structuring, negotiating and documenting EB-5 financings. She counsels regional centers, private equity funds, developers, lenders, borrowers and community development agencies that manage or are otherwise involved with domestic and international equity offerings seeking EB-5 investment. McKee is co-chair of IIUSA’s Compliance Committee, which focuses on elevating ethical standards and integrity measures for members of one of the EB-5 industry’s leading stakeholder organizations.
